Since its establishment in 2012, Ross Global Initiatives has continued to develop partnerships with top business schools worldwide, welcoming over 200 exchange students every semester and sending over 300 Ross students to partner universities across the globe every year. Through Ross Global Initiatives, students have the exceptional opportunity to enrich and diversify their business education either through the Semester Exchange Program or by engaging in immersive 1-2 week programs across different countries. These experiences not only allow students to delve into life in diverse cultures but also serve as catalysts for personal growth and development, fundamental elements in shaping a comprehensive, ethical, and inclusive business professional.
